2. We were sitting in my friend’s living room and playing records and at one point we switched to playing music from our phones. You put this song on and it was late, like really late. We had quite a bit to drink and our bodies were tired. Some of our favourite people were in the room with us. I sat on the couch and propped my head on my hand to rest. You sat in front of me on the floor, took my arms, swung them around you and rested your head on my lap. We didn’t kiss this night but that was perfectly okay.
